- Air Exclusions
- Charges for flight deviations, upgrades, baggage fees and preferred seat assignments
- For any individual flight deviations, additional fees will apply for transportation outside of the main group arrival/departure to and from the resort. No credits will apply towards deviator’s transportation
- Luggage porterage at the airport
- Individual Exclusions
- Charges and gratuities for personal transfers, tours, meals, beverages and shopping purchases
- Spa services and gratuities
- Lessons, Tours, Golf or other offsite activities not outlined in the Inclusions

- Guests are responsible for any damages they make in their room or on the hotel grounds.
- Smoking is not allowed in guestrooms. If this policy is violated, a fee will be charged to the guest. There are designated smoking areas located at the Hotel Lobby vehicle entrance and on the beach.
- A temporary credit card hold may be taken by the Hotel at the time of check-in for security deposit/incidentals.
- Medical Exclusions
- Refunds and/or additional fees for any travel related expenses for guests that do not follow or meet country, state or city mandated and/or company implemented health and safety guidelines/requirements at the time of travel
- All Guests are responsible for their own medical care, testing costs, prescriptions and travel expenses should they become sick or injured while traveling during or after the completion of the program.

- Vendors prioritize the health and safety of their guests and passengers. If you are disturbing other guests, conducting or engaging in illegal activity, or endangering the safety of others, you will be refused further service. Any additional costs for the rebooking of travel are the responsibility of the traveler(s) that violated the Vendor’s policy as applicable.
